Exchange and return policy

HOW TO RETURN:

To begin your return, please:

1. Contact saddleupswim@gmail.com with order number and describe the problem with your purchase. 

2. Please wait for a reply email. If accepted, you will be sent instructions and return address.

If you can’t find your email or need any help, please contact via email above. 

Please remember, you’ll need to purchase and include the return shipping label with your package.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

• Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of your order date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with original tags and hygiene liners attached, and free of any odors (including perfumes). Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense.
• Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After requesting a return via email (saddleupswim@gmail.com) , if accepted you will receive instructions and the return address. You may drop off your parcel at a post office, post box, or hand it to your mail carrier.
• Processing Time: Store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

LOST AND DAMGED RETURNS

Saddle up swim is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. 

SALE PURCHASES

• Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned. All Sale items are final
