Made to Order Policy

At Saddle Up Swim, some of our products are made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, create limited edition designs, and ensure every piece is made with care.

Production Time

• Made to Order items require approximately 2–3 weeks to be handmade and prepared before shipping.
• During busy launch periods or sales, production may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• As production begins shortly after your order is placed, Made to Order items cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has started.
• Please double-check your size, colour, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping

• Shipping time begins after production has been completed.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for sizing where stock is available, in line with our Returns Policy.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on Made to Order items.
• If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
