Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order items allow you to secure your favourite Saddle Up Swim pieces before they are ready to ship. By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you are reserving stock from an upcoming production run.

Estimated Timeframe

• Our current estimated turnaround for Pre-Order items is approximately 8–10 weeks from the date your order is placed.
• This timeframe includes production and shipping to our warehouse before your order is dispatched to you.

Please Note

• Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays that are outside of our control.
• If there are any significant delays, we’ll keep you informed via email.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time your Pre-Order is placed to secure your item.

Mixed Orders

• If your order contains both in-stock and Pre-Order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item is ready.
• If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellations

• Pre-Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Pre-Order items are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
• If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
